Zofia Tomczyk is a multidisciplinary artist, fascinated with the human body, movement and sound. Since 2015, she has been exploring working with dreams in a creative context as a dancer, choreographer and performer. She is currently a student of the School of Images in New York and graduated from the Master in Performing Arts program at Iceland University of the Arts in Reykjavík. She creates audio-visual concerts together with her friends Józef Buchnajzer and Aga Nowacka as the Ciche Nagrania record label.

Crux – an essential point requiring resolution or resolving. ‘My movement practice always begins with what’s already there, happening in my body.’ ‘Crux’ takes us into subtleties, tremors, micro-gestures, tiny noises, silence, shifts and stillness.
