Janina Jarzynówna-Sobczak Ballet School in Gdańsk
The Ballet School in Gdansk was established in 1950 thanks to Janina Jarzynówna-Sobczak, to whom the School was dedicated in 2015. The School’s history has seen many talented graduates, who perform in Poland and abroad, winning awards at the most important international competitions. Thanks to our teachers’ experience and commitment, we pass on the traditions and secrets of the art of ballet to the next generations, with particular emphasis on the dancer’s comprehensive preparation.
