Performance synopsis
How can bodies appear in space, communicate with one another, and with spectators, beyond the binary code? ŁYS opens up perception to corporeality, detached from the habitual attribution of characteristics to the body and the tendency to eroticize nudity. By looking closely at what is familiar and embodied in the body, as well as at what is peculiar and opaque, ŁYS explores the possibility of a post-gender dance. It directs attention towards the sensory and sonic aspects of the event.
